Create value and grow your business

DB France Invest enables companies to obtain liquidity (convert their inventory into cash) without resorting to traditional bank debt.

How does it work?

We finance companies based on a calculated value of your inventory. The company temporarily transfers ownership of its inventory. It can continue to use it as normal. At the end of the contract, the company regains full ownership of its inventory in exchange for financial fees.

Advantages:

Additional financing: This solution does not impact debt ratios and improves the balance sheet.

Flexibility: Financing adapts to inventory variations, including seasonal ones, over a renewable 12-month period. Operational: The company retains use of its inventory, which does not move.

Industry and Manufacturing

Manufacturing companies must manage high levels of inventory. This inventory may consist of raw materials, spare parts, or finished products.

Industrial products and household appliances
Building and construction materials
Electronic and home automation devices

Distribution, wholesaler and wholesale trade

Distributors and wholesalers must maintain large inventories to meet customer demand and optimise their supply chains.

Fast-moving consumer goods
Household goods and domestic appliances
Furniture and decorative accessories

You must know

A loan is a commitment and must be repaid

A loan is a commitment and must be repaid. Check your repayment capacity before committing yourself. Financing involves risks and you must be sure you can repay it.

This is more than just advice; it is a fundamental principle of responsible financial management. A loan has a cost, and you must be aware of this. It is also important to remember that a loan can lead to excessive debt.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that a loan involves risks and that you must be aware of these. We invite you to ask any questions you may have so that you fully understand what these risks are.

A loan have some risks

🤝 It Builds Trust

When a person visits your site, they’re asking themselves questions: « Can I afford this apartment? », « How much will my loan cost? », « Is this investment a good idea? ».

These questions are full of complicated numbers and « what ifs. » It’s intimidating.

By offering a calculator, you’re not just saying, « Here’s how to do it. » You’re saying, « Let me help you do the math, right now, for free. »

It’s a generous gesture. You’re giving away a tool before asking for anything in return. It shows that you’re an expert who isn’t afraid to be transparent. That’s where trust begins.

It Makes the Complex Instantly Simple

Nobody wants to pull out their own calculator and look up the formula for a mortgage or a return on investment.

A good calculator is like a translator:

  • The user inputs: Their fears and their numbers (e.g., « I have this salary, I want to borrow this much… »)

  • The calculator outputs: A clear answer (e.g., « Your monthly payment will be X€ »).

You remove all the friction. You take a problem that seems huge and reduce it to a few fields to fill in. You give the user an « Ah, okay, I get it! » moment. That is incredibly valuable.

🎬 It Turns a Passive Visitor into an Active Participant

This is the difference between reading a blog post and doing something.

  • Reading an article on « how to invest » is passive.

  • Using a calculator to see « how much I could earn if I invest » is active.

When a user types their own numbers into your tools, they’re no longer reading a generic article. They are projecting, simulating their own life.

In that precise moment, they are far more engaged and much more likely to think, « Okay, now that I have this number, I need someone to help me take the next step. »
